The engineering department of the railway is responsible for the train accident in Vaishali. Seven out of nine members from the Internal Investigation Team of specialists of various technical departments of East Central Railway in their report said that the engineering department is responsible for the accident. However, the CPRO ECR said that this is the initial findings of railways which may not be necessarily true.
